You should listen to your employees. If you need to know the feeling of your workers towards your enterprise then you need to listen to them. You should set up queries on a survey where the responses from the workers can be given anonymously. The well prepared questions about the business and how its run should be in the questionnaire. It will help the employees to state honestly their issues whether the like or dislike something in the company. Whenever you get the questionnaires back then it is time to read their responses and do as they suggest if possible. The employees always feel that they are appreciated, and they are valued if their opinions are used to improve in some areas. They will improve on how they work in your company.
Whenever a customer shares a feedback you should share with your employees. Whenever the feedback praises the business or any employee it should be shared with them to raise their spirits and encourage them. You should ensure that you appreciate their work which has led to that positive feedback or review. If your industry should thrive then even the bad feedback should be shared with the workers so that they can improve their activities.
You should set a free boundary such that the employees will never fear to ask for help from you whenever they have no other way to use. Whenever a work-related problem occurs, the employees should never have a reason to doubt whether you will help them or not. If you have managers then you should guide them on how to offer help whenever they can if the employees need help. What counts is how willing you are to help but not how much you have helped. If the employees get paid late then most probably their deductions will also be late. Thus, their deductions will be timely made if they get paid on time and they will appreciate it.
It is good to help them acquire a good work-life balance. You can develop some schedules of some workers working in the morning shift while others work in the evening shift. The workers will not strain while they will still perform their home responsibilities. It will increase their morale hence they will always desire to work in your company producing great results.
